Share the Plate

We Share Because We Care

Each Sunday, plate collections are divided between a social justice program and UUCA’s operating budget.  UUCA gives away over $12,000 per year to community organizations, social justice initiatives, emergency response relief and other needs.  The recipients are chosen by the congregation in December and they represent UUCA’s values which we wish to support.   The other half goes to support the church’s operating budget.  If you would like to submit an organization to be considered for “Share the Plate” please fill out the form in the next column.

September – Anne Arundel Connecting Together (IAF)
October – Centro de Ayuda and OHLA
November — AA Conflict Resolution Center
December – Charting Careers
