What to Bring: Yoga mat, water, and a cozy blanket if you’d like extra comfort during relaxation. (We also have some extra mats available if you don’t have one!)
This class is open to all levels, and we welcome you to move and breathe together in a space filled with support and love.
Our session will begin with a gentle breathing exercise to help you ground and center yourself. We’ll move into a relaxing sequence of yin poses, allowing your body to unwind and release tension. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class offers a beautiful opportunity to connect with yourself and the community.
No need to sign up—just show up with an open heart and a willingness to breathe and stretch alongside others. Feel free to invite friends or family who may benefit from some mid-week relaxation and connection.
