Dear friends,
Join Veterans For Peace, Code Pink, MD Peace Action, and other local groups to bring the Peace Party to the Military Bowl in Annapolis Monday, December 28th!
We are taking the Peace Tank to the streets to follow the Military Bowl parade and spread the word about how the military is at the intersection of many of the issues we care about including the environment/climate change, racial justice, the militarization of police, and community programs to name a few. Afterward, we will have a tailgate and continue to connect with people and get them informed and engaged with groups involved in this work. We will also have an art build the day after Christmas to decorate the tank and our float. We hope you can join us!

Events of this action:
Monday 12/26:
12 pm-5 pm: Float decorating (come anytime during this time for however long you can)
Wednesday 12/28:
7 am-11 am: Parade! We will hand out information and bring the peace party to the streets.
11 am-3 pm: Tailgate. We will host a tailgate and walk around engaging with people and signing people up for local groups if interested.
